REFUND POLICY
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 1 working day to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.Amount will be credited to original payment method
NOTE: Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state
Post return is raised, it takes 2 business days for product pickup. Post pickup, 24 working works to initiate the refund and then 5-7 business days to reflect in customer's account.
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

What is the duration within which returns are accepted?

At bujimaa.com , it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from bujimaa.com website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At bujimaa.com we have 15 days return policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from bujimaa.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: Incase order has been processed through different warehouses and if return is required to be raised, it should be return with respect to same package.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO bujimaa.com PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Raise a return request by dropping us an email on support@vbexports.co.in and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +917984984563
NOTE:
1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
3) bujimaa.com Art - Return policy is 2 days from the date of delivery.
